We are recruiting for the position of Training Manager in the European Training Team of Global Water Solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Delivery of the core sales training curriculum - CSP, VSP and SSP
- Support for major core programs such as the Global Water Onboarding classes
- Demand planning for programs and training schedule creation for the financial year
- Learning Business Partner role for allocated divisions providing learning engagement data, training updates and determining business‑specific training needs
- Creation of new training programs to meet the needs of the Global Water businesses in Europe
- Review and adjust current training program offerings based on participant feedback and needs of the Global Water businesses
- Scheduling and delivery of ad hoc training classes as per the requirements of the Global Water businesses
- Liaise with the Global Water L&D Centre of Excellence partners to help create truly global programs suitable for deployment in Europe
- Assistance with local language translations and validation of Global training programs
- In‑field training support of new and existing associates
Qualifications
- 10+ years of field sales experience, preferably in a leadership position
- Training certifications or willingness to be certified
- 5+ years of training or facilitation experience, either internal or customer facing
- Experience in the use of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Easy Generator
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of working time
- Beginner’s Mindset and eagerness to learn and apply digital tools in the learning environment
Compensation Range
The annual total compensation range for this position is 59,500‑74,400‑89,200 EUR. This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
