This role requires a strong understanding of best practices and technical support needs while continuously building technical expertise. The position delivers technical consulting services that leverage the company’s intellectual property, supports sales in driving account growth, and provides expert guidance to internal teams and customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Deliver contractual services and support customers with effective problem resolution related to the company’s products, applications, and solutions.
- Apply strong technical expertise and in‑depth knowledge of company products to support customer needs.
- Provide on‑site field service as well as 24/7 remote (phone) or on‑site support as required.
- Conduct site surveys and product, application, and system audits; collaborate with Sales to support the preparation of new business proposals.
- Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to the Six Service Standards across all customer sites.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of technical experience in an industrial or mechanical environment; water treatment experience is preferred.
- Ability to work with a moderate level of independence while effectively managing the day‑to‑day requirements of assigned customer accounts.
- Typically reports to an Area Manager or District Manager.
