Join Ecolab as a Production Manager II and take responsibility for managing the operations of all production departments in a larger plant. In this role, you will ensure production meets goals for product quality, cost effectiveness, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across all production departments in the plant
  • Ensure production processes meet quality standards, cost targets, and safety requirements
  • Report on issues related to production quality, maintenance, or personnel problems
  • Act as the plant leader in the absence of the Plant Manager
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Sciences, or Supply Chain Management
  • Eight or more years of experience in manufacturing
  • Six or more years of prior supervisory experience in a chemical manufacturing environment within a related industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to select, train, motivate, promote, and discipline staff according to company policy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead large teams effectively
