Purolite is seeking a

Production Associate – day shift at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales.

It will engage in product development, product line maintenance, and test method maintenance activities.

What You Will Do

  • Produce agarose resin products in accordance to ISO9001 and pharmaceutical standards.
  • Carry out all work procedures properly, reliably and safely.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required by the Management of the company.

The process involves state of the art equipment to successfully manufacture high value specialty products.

What you need to have

  • Experience working in a lab environment.
  • Able to manually handle raw materials, products and equipment up to 25 kg.
  • Handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with strict H&S policies.
  • Basic computer competency.
  • Access to own transport.

The position is 4 days on, 4 days off, 6.00am to 6.00pm.

Nice to have

  • Practical understanding of chemistry.
  • Production experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory or food environment is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
