Ecolab is seeking a Production Team Lead who will be responsible for all metrics of safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development for a production area across shifts. Demonstrate your ability to lead a winning team and manage the daily manufacturing operations of lines or shifts to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that meets or exceeds quality and cost objectives.What’s in it for you:Fast-paced, results-driven work environment where you will manage a team of employees and all metrics associated with the team and areaGain knowledge in coaching and developing others, influencing across all levels, and implementing best practices in a TPM environmentThrive in a company that values a culture of safety, sustainability, inclusiveness, and performanceKey Responsibilities:Lead a Production team at our Llantrisant site.Ensure compliance with all internal and external standards and legislation.Recommend and implement measures to improve departmental productivity and efficiencies, product quality, methods and working conditions so that downtime is minimised through the use of teamwork and TPM / continuous improvement principles.Manage relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Communicate and reinforce plant plans in area of responsibility.Create an environment in which employees can work safely.Ensure the Quality System is followed and that products produced meet specifications.Partner with internal plant and external Ecolab contacts (Quality, Logistics, Planning, and regulatory agencies) to proactively avoid quality, environmental and service issues.Provide formal and informal reporting on plant performance and issues.Performance Management.Qualifications:Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams within a manufacturing environment.Experience working in a regulated manufacturing setting, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Automate, Teams, and SharePoint.Proven experience monitoring, managing, and driving performance against shift KPIs.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline.Previous experience within the chemical manufacturing industry would be advantageous.Working knowledge of SAP.Experience of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and continuous improvement practices.Our Commitment to Diversity and InclusionAt Ecolab, we believe the best teams are diverse and inclusive, and we are on a journey to create a workplace where every associate can grow and achieve their best.
