How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Accountable for the skills within their team and works with the technical trainer to enhance and build capability within the rooms.
- Supervise the development of T1 role into future T2 roles.
- Owns and manages the teams shift production and drives the room performance to hit the hourly targets.
- Takes accountability for the accurate completion of the process order Job Packs and signs off all rooms first offs.
- Understands the Quality Management System in detail and can evaluate every task within the room and understand its impact on Quality.
- Maintains the acceptable standard within the clean rooms and acts where they fall below expectations.
- Understands the AM requirements expected from within the clean rooms such as the completion of CILTs, adherence to settings, 5S standards etc.
- Provide input for the creation and implementation of standard work.
- Play an active role in the analysis of work using video analysis as part of kaizen.
Qualifications:
- Proven management skills in leading a team.
- Can execute all operational tasks (changeovers, QC requirements, paperwork, cleaning etc.) within the room and acts as the subject matter expert within their nominated clean room.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and compliant production records.
- Proven experience and can demonstrate the ability to lead others.
- Displays problem-solving capability in addressing operational challenges.
- Proven experience with operational processes across Tier 1 cleanrooms (TSP, SF, and UDC).
- Strong communication skills, effective in interactions with both management and frontline staff.
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude to resolve production related issues.
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of quality control requirements for their production line.
- Capable of accurately completing all required documentation within the workspace.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Fully conversant with 5S GMP compliant process experience.
- Exemplary safety awareness.
- Committed to delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Able to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse audiences.
