The Quality Manager for Ecolab's PPC division contamination control range will play a senior leadership role in auditing and ensuring that Ecolab's quality system requirements are met across all PPC production sites globally. This position is responsible for timely and satisfactory resolution of complaints, establishing quality control guidelines and testing procedures, and ensuring that raw materials and finished products comply with engineering and product specifications. Additionally, the role ensures our critical contamination control range of products sold to pharmaceutical customers meets specifications and customer expectations throughout shelf life.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Ecolab quality system requirements across all PPC production sites.
- Ensure new product introductions are handled appropriately with strong validation activity to ensure RFT and no issues in market.
- Oversee and manage the resolution of customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement quality control guidelines and testing procedures.
- Verify that raw materials and finished products meet engineering and product specifications.
- Make decisions regarding product disposition based on quality standards.
- Authorise requisition of supplies and services critical to the quality function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field with a strong chemistry component.
- 10+ years of experience managing quality systems, including at least 3 years in a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, including pharma GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to operate independently.
