Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Distribution Sales GAIN and GROW targets and OI Target
- Empower, Engage and Energise the Distribution Sales Development Team to deliver on GTW metrics, Forecast Accuracy, Safety Metrics, Pipeline Management
- Actively gather data and build a strategy to provide winâwin solutions with distributors leading to future business growth
- Coâordinate sales and strategic activities with internal and external organisations, establishing firm and profitable distributor relationships
- Analyse and report key sales and project management data as well as forecast future expectations of your distributors
- Maintain and retain existing business
- Be an active part of the UK and Ireland SLT Team
- Key support on strategic projects within the Region and across the wider Division and Market
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years selling and management experience
- Ideally degree level educated
- Ideally previous experience at a distributor
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to leverage them to drive business success
- Proven track record in exceeding financial, safety and business targets
- Experience in delivering results through managing others
- Highly capable computer skills to include Salesforce, Power BI, CRM, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
