What You Will Do

  • Lead business development activities in the Data Center and High Tech segments across Europe.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for strategic prospects, including hyperscalers and colocation providers.
  • Act as an Ecolab brand ambassador with a strong focus on safety, sustainability, water efficiency, and innovation.
  • Conduct proactive prospecting: generate qualified leads, visit non-buying customers, and expand Ecolab’s presence in the market.
  • Manage a substantial pipeline of opportunities and deliver accurate, timely sales forecasts.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting high-priority opportunities.
  • Build strong networks and establish relationships with key decision makers and technical influencers.
  • Use your industry knowledge and consultative sales expertise to understand customer needs, identify tailored solutions, and deliver value.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical teams, marketing, operations, supply chain) to secure new business and support complex proposals.

Your Profile

  • University degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering or Chemistry preferred).
  • 6+ years of successful B2B industrial sales experience with a consultative approach.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent execution capabilities.
  • Proactive “can-do” attitude and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe.
  • Ideally, prior experience or knowledge of water treatment or related industrial sectors.
