Ecolab, Purolite Resins, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Production Associate – day shift at our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing site in Llantrisant, Wales! We manufacture products that help our customers around the globe, mainly in pharmaceutical and life science sectors, with technology that are critical to the safe manufacture of their products. It’s an exciting business which helps make the world cleaner, safer and healthier.

We are seeking a Production Associate to engage in product development, product line maintenance, and test method maintenance activities.

How You'll Make An Impact
  • Producing agarose resin products in accordance with ISO9001 and pharmaceutical standards.
  • Carrying out all work procedures properly, reliably and safely.
  • Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as required by the Management of the company.

The process involves state‑of‑the‑art equipment to successfully manufacture high‑value specialty products.

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a lab environment.
  • Able to manually handle raw materials, products and equipment up to 25 kg.
  • Handle hazardous chemicals in accordance with strict H&S policies.
  • Basic computer competency.
  • Access to own transport.
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Practical understanding of chemistry.
  • Production experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, laboratory or food environment is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi‑task and work independently.

The position is 4 days on, 4 days off, 06:00am – 18:00pm or 6.30am – 6.30pm.
