Job Description:

EcoSure, a division of Ecolab and an industry leader in food safety and brand protection, is expanding globally. We are seeking a Freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor to cover the Sheffield/Hull/Lincoln region.

Our specialists are trusted safety experts providing on-site evaluations and training to help clients maintain high standards in food safety, cleanliness, guest experience, and brand protection. Our programs assist clients in meeting quality standards through evaluations and tailored training.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct evaluations on food safety, brand standards, and workplace health and safety at client locations.
2. Consult, coach, and train clients on current food safety, health, and hygiene practices.
3. Collaborate with account management teams to address client challenges.
4. Perform a set number of audits weekly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Utilize industry-leading food safety practices and monitor health inspection information.
6. Provide accurate reports and maintain effective communication with customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Level 4 Food Safety qualification.
• Experience in the food service/hygiene industry.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Own transportation, valid driver’s license.
• No immigration sponsorship available.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Food safety certifications like HACCP, ISO22000, BRC, or NEHA credentials preferred.
• Experience in retail food safety and brand standards reviews.
• Teaching or coaching experience in food-related fields.
• Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
• Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems effectively.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
