Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team is seeking a Senior District Manager to lead a service portfolio across a defined geography and to develop and coach a team of Pest Elimination Service Specialists.
You will drive route productivity, ensure service quality, and pursue sales opportunities while achieving district operating income objectives.
You will recruit, coach and engage staff, manage district P&L, and build strong customer relationships across restaurants, hospitals and other commercial sites.
