Ecolab is seeking a Dedicated Account Supervisor to join our Food & Beverage and Industrial Solutions team. In this developmental role, you will combine technical service, customer support, and account management responsibilities while working closely with experienced Account Managers and Technical Specialists. You will help customers improve food safety, operational efficiency, sustainability, equipment reliability, and process performance through the implementation of Ecolab's products, services, and innovative solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop both technical expertise and commercial acumen, preparing you for future Account Management opportunities within the organization.

What You Will Do:
- Work closely with Account Managers and technical teams to support customer operations and business objectives
- Deliver technical service, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and equipment support at customer facilities
- Conduct system inspections, process evaluations, and service audits
- Support chemical application programs and recommend improvements to optimize performance, efficiency, and sustainability
- Assist in developing and implementing sanitation, hygiene, water treatment, and operational improvement programs
- Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and consultative support
- Participate in field trials, product validations, and implementation of new technologies and service programs
- Analyze operational data and prepare service reports, recommendations, and business reviews
- Identify opportunities to improve customer performance and support business growth initiatives
- Assist in managing customer accounts, contract renewals, and value-delivery discussions
- Learn account management fundamentals, including territory planning, opportunity identification, and customer retention strategies
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or a related technical field
- 2 years of experience in technical service, maintenance, manufacturing operations, engineering support, or technical sales
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work flexible schedules based on customer operational requirements
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Food & Beverage manufacturing plants, water treatment operations, utilities, or industrial production environments
- Knowledge of sanitation systems, water treatment programs, chemical applications, or industrial process equipment
- Mechanical and troubleshooting aptitude
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with an interest in developing commercial and account management capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Experience analyzing operational data and presenting recommendations to customers
