Responsibilities
- Handle 60-100 inbound calls daily.
- Make outbound calls based on volume.
- Apply strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Respond promptly and courteously to all calls.
- Maintain knowledge of products, accounts, and systems.
- Accurately document calls and assist customers with orders and requests.
- Develop technical proficiency to support customers and field staff with dispenser systems.
