Lo Que Harás

  • Procesar de 60 a 100 llamadas entrantes por día.
  • Realizar llamadas a clientes, dependiendo del volumen.
  • Mostrar tus habilidades interpersonales y de solución de problemas.
  • Operar las llamadas de manera rápida y cortés.
  • Actualizar continuamente tu conocimiento de los productos, cuentas, representantes, herramientas y sistemas dispensadores de Ecolab.
  • Capturar con precisión la llamada mientras hablas con el cliente.
  • Procesar pedidos, solicitudes y referir información a nuestros clientes.
  • Desarrollar habilidad técnica y mecánica para ayudar a los clientes y al personal de campo con los problemas del sistema dispensador.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • Certificado de preparatoria o equivalente.
  • Manejo del software Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access y Outlook).
  • Experiencia usando algún software de Servicio al cliente.
  • No se cuenta con apoyo de inmigración para esta posición.

Requisitos Deseados

  • Licenciatura concluida o en proceso.
  • Habilidad para teclear con precisión un mínimo de 25 palabras por minuto.
  • Habilidad de interactuar profesionalmente con otros y trabajar de forma independiente en un entorno de ritmo acelerado.
  • Experiencia utilizando un sistema telefónico multilínea.
  • Habilidad interpersonal y de resolución de problemas.
  • Excelente habilidad de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Capacidad de priorizar la carga de trabajo y completar las responsabilidades a tiempo.
  • Fluidez en Conocimiento en SAP.
