We're looking for a motivated employee to join our business in a 12-month FTC role as a Coordinator at our Cheltenham site. This is an exciting opportunity where you'll have a direct impact on our operational success. As a Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, where you will lead by example, supporting and developing team members and ensuring production and distribution activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead by example, setting the standard for safety, quality, performance and teamwork.
- Plan and organise daily operations, ensuring resources, people and workflows are effectively coordinated.
- Coach and support team members, providing feedback, guidance and encouragement to help them succeed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, legal requirements and workplace health and safety expectations.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring production and distribution activities are completed on time, efficiently and with consistent quality outcomes.
- Monitor performance and quality control, including checking finished goods prior to dispatch, verifying quantities, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and managing quality alerts when required.
- Solve problems and identify improvements, taking initiative to enhance processes, contribute to toolbox meetings and encourage innovation from the wider team.
