NALCO Water, an Ecolab Company, is seeking a Customer Delivery Specialist to support their Fleet Operations by delivering chemicals to customers. The role involves safely operating diesel-powered, multi-geared trucks/pups, and/or tractor-trailers on various terrains. Responsibilities include vehicle maintenance, adhering to safety and DOT regulations, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver chemicals via tanker within a 500-700 mile radius
- Operate various delivery vehicles safely
- Maintain compliance with hours of service using Samsara or logs
- Perform vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and sales teams
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate gear
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Class A CDL with HazMat & Tanker endorsements, no restrictions
- At least 3 years of commercial driving experience complying with FMCSA and DOT regulations
- Acceptable driving record for 3 years
- Willingness to travel 3-5 days/week, home on weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with forklifts, drum dollies, chemical pumps, etc.
- Experience handling various packaging types
- Skill in backing and parking large vehicles in tight spaces
- Knowledge of hazardous materials transportation regulations
