Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out service activities throughout the region, deliver quality service, and develop sales of Ecolab’s products and services in line with agreed business plans.
  • Identify sites with ongoing pest issues and, together with the Service Specialist and customers, produce a documented and detailed action plan for resolution and ensure completion.
  • Conduct audits on team members against defined criteria to provide quality of service information.
  • Support the training of new associates and existing associates in Quality/Service Delivery/Planning/Leads and R1.
  • Manage high pest activity sites and create and deliver joint action plans.
  • Carry out and support larger job works across the region.
  • Cover vacant areas by performing routine tasks and other activities.
  • Facilitate large contract roll‑outs and large F&B set‑ups.
  • Deputise for the District Manager in their absence.

Essential Skills

  • Valid driver’s licence and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • RSPH Level 2 Accredited Technician qualification or working towards it
  • Willing to travel throughout the region with at least one week per month on site
  • Central location within the region preferred
  • Ready to work out of hours to accommodate Ecolab and customer needs (early starts and late finishes required)
  • Willingness to learn and progress
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Effective time management and decision‑making based on findings
  • Good knowledge and understanding of technology
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to deliver service (internal candidates: >90% QA score)
  • Numerate and good literacy level
  • Ability to motivate a team to deliver high performance
  • Ability to deliver results in a pressured environment
  • Capable of building strong internal and external relationships
