Join Ecolab's industry leading Pest Elimination team as a Senior District Manager. You will manage a service portfolio in a set geographical location, developing and leading a team of Pest Elimination Service Specialists who provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to various commercial establishments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating district services and ensuring service excellence
  • Managing open routes and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Performing quality assurance visits
  • Participating in recruiting, selecting, coaching and driving performance management
  • Retaining and growing existing customers by ensuring consistent service delivery
  • Achieving district operating income objectives through ethical business practices
  • Inspiring, motivating, and engaging your team to achieve district goals

What You Will Do:

  • Oversee a team of route service specialists responsible for delivering pest elimination solutions
  • Select, train, develop and coach service specialists with emphasis on customer retention and satisfaction
  • Develop and coach a District Manager and Associate District Manager
  • Manage area business processes to maximize route productivity
  • Understand Ecolab protocols and procedures to assure quality service and compliance
  • Manage district P&L to maximize profitability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree and 1 year of Ecolab or people management experience OR equivalent experience
  • More than 1 year experience as a Health & Safety Champion (If Internal)
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Exceptional communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written English
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% including overnight for business
  • Must possess or be able to obtain RSPH Level 2 Pest Management Award

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pest industry experience preferred but not essential
  • Previous sales experience
  • Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing a remote workforce
  • Business management experience including strategic planning and resource allocation
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Ability to identify complex problems and implement solutions
