About the Role
Become part of Ecolab’s call centre team in Caerphilly, providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, and resolving product issues. Develop technical proficiency and work collaboratively to exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Process 60-100 inbound calls daily and manage outbound calls as volume dictates.
- Maintain knowledge of products, accounts, and systems.
- Accurately complete calls and documentation.
- Assist with dispenser system issues and customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience
- No sponsorship available
- Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or in progress
- Typing speed of 25+ WPM
- Experience with multi-line phones and SAP
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
