Ecolab is currently seeking a Field Service Manager QSR to cover North London and surrounding areas up to Norfolk. In this role you will partner with customers in an assigned territory, providing personal customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and hygiene needs.

What You Will Do
- Develop and enhance customer relationships while providing personal customer service and solutions for their cleaning and hygiene needs.
- Accountable for achieving the fulfillment of assigned service visits within the territory.
- Perform customer value visits, checking levels of hygiene related to cleaning.
- Offer advice and provide training to customers on procedures and products.
- Perform basic installation as necessary (full training & support given).
- Complete all required reporting in a timely manner.
- Actively look for growth opportunities.
Position Details
This territory area will include North London, surrounding areas north of here as far as Norfolk.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience working in catering or other relevant industry.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- No immigration sponsorship available.
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree.
- Experience in catering industry equipment maintenance an advantage but not essential.
- Good sales background would be advantageous.
