What you will do
- Create and lead the execution of a business development and relationship management strategy for the target areas.
- Focus on new Account penetration and growth through creative access means.
- Collaborate with the existing Account Management teams, to drive growth in existing accounts.
- Effectively manage and Report on your pipeline on a regular basis.
- Achieve and exceed the sales and gross margin targets in line with the Company growth plans.
- Build and maintain new customer relationships.
- Support corporate initiatives such as Sustainability and Total Value Delivered, by communicating these back to customers.
- Acquire market intelligence regarding potential product requirements and competitor product trends and innovations.
- Determine the market access strategy and pricing for specific products.
What you will need
- Fluent in English written and oral.
- In depth knowledge of the Life Science sector, with an understanding of Regulation Requirements.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in Life Science or related segments, dynamic and entrepreneurial (core value).
- Willingness to travel 60% of your time in your territory.
- Based in South England with ability to travel and stay in other areas as is required.
