Your journey ahead:

When joining us, we expect you to shape our EU sales strategy together with the global sales strategy as well as bringing them to life. You will be responsible for exponential growth with our multiple strategic key accounts/partners in Europe. You will be working closely with the entire European team as well as our global sales team.

Your Challenges:

  • Secure new renewable installers, build strong relationships, motivating their sales teams and driving engagement.
  • Organize and execute local installer training and promotional events to enhance brand loyalty and willingness to cooperate.
  • Expand the installer network within the electrical distribution channel, actively engaging and activating new electricians and installers.
  • Conduct in-person follow-up visits to potential installers previously contacted by telesales, helping to drive cooperation.
  • Communicate company sales strategies, provide product support and on-site guidance to facilitate sales conversion.
  • Spend at least 3–4 days per week on field visits, and report customer feedback and progress to management in a timely manner.

Your Profile:

  • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales or field visits; background in renewable energy or electrical industry preferred.
  • Able to travel frequently with strong time management skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly driven in sales execution.
  • Fluent in English for communication.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and confident driving ability.
