Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site after-sales technical support for residential energy storage products across the UK, troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues.
- Collect and consolidate product and quality issues reported from the field, and elevate relevant findings to headquarters teams for further analysis and resolution.
- Maintain localized FAQs and on-site operation guidelines, and implement repair and technical manuals provided by headquarters.
- Deliver new product and technical training to local channel partners and installers.
- Collaborate closely with local sales teams to manage urgent after-sales issues and customer complaints, ensuring smooth project delivery and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred;Background in Electronic Engineering, Automation, or another relevant technical discipline is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, technical service, or field after-sales service.
- Willingness to travel within the UK as required for on-site technical support.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Chinese language proficiency is a strong plus.
- Experience in residential energy storage, solar PV, inverters, batteries, or related renewable energy technologies is preferred.
