The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.

This up to 6‑month internship role is based onsite in our Birmingham office, with 1 day per week and approximately 3–4 hours per day. Start and finish times are flexible and can be adapted to your needs. Working hours and days may be adjusted or increased temporarily to accommodate urgent matters; flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly checks of office facilities (e.g., lighting, heating, water supply) and arrange follow‑up maintenance as needed;
  • Provide on‑site coordination for repair and maintenance work, liaising with contractors and building management;
  • Ensure office and common areas are tidy, safe, and compliant with workplace standards;
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and parcels;
  • Manage office access passes for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

  • Highly reliable, able to work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Strong flexibility in working hours and days, with the ability to adjust schedule for urgent matters or site visits;
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal); Chinese is a plus.
