Your Challenges:
- Provide end-to-end technical support for EcoFlow heat pump and matching energy ecosystem products.
- Establish stable cooperative relations with local installers and distributors, and align internal teams to timely tackle technical problems raised by sales channels.
- Collate and update heat pump technical documents and solution materials to facilitate sales promotion and after-sales service delivery.
- Deliver product training, on-site commissioning, product demonstration and professional technical consultation for channel partners and end users.
- Track industry development trends, gather product usage feedback and optimization suggestions to assist internal product iteration.
Your profile includes:
- Possess no less than 3 years of technical service working experience; candidates with heat pump, HVAC or renewable energy industry experience are prioritized.
- Command proficient English competence to conduct professional technical communication with internal teams and external clients smoothly.
- Be adept at Microsoft Office suite and other conventional office software tools.
- Self-driven, rigorous and patient, with the ability to independently complete on-site service tasks.
- Able to take occasional business trips within the UK and Europe to deliver on-site technical support.
