About the Role
As Sales and Service Coordinator in our Infrastructure team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Your work will help ensure our clients receive exceptional service every day.
In This Role, You Will
- Customer support & relationship management: Be the first point of contact for incoming calls. Proactively manage customer accounts, check in regularly, and ensure service satisfaction. Resolve issues and complaints quickly, meeting customer KPIs and delivering excellent service. Call new sites on delivery day to introduce our service.
- Enquiry handling: Log new enquiries with full job details. Add products, raise quotes, check rates, and send to customers. Chase outstanding quotes for ad-hoc services.
- Order processing: Confirm order accuracy, add order numbers, and book initial deliveries. Ensure suppliers receive and acknowledge all bookings.
- Exchanges & site movements: Log and book exchanges, off-hires, and extra sitings. Close contracts when sites end.
- Ad-hoc duties: Resolve site issues to avoid extra charges and notify customers within 24 hours if charges apply. Prioritise and chase hot/problem sites. Chase non-moving skips, clear invoice queries, log service issues, and follow up with transport when needed.
Additional Information
Working hours for this role are 42.5, Monday to Friday. You will work full-time in the Doncaster office, so you will need to live within a reasonable distance to travel to DN9 3GA.
