About The Role: Reporting into the Materials Management Manager, you will be responsible for the compliance reconciliation of waste transfer documents against contracted movements on our bespoke system. As a leading waste management company, we pride ourselves on environmental compliance - the aim of this role is to ensure all waste bookings are environmentally compliant in line with legislation. This opportunity will suit you if you are a good team player and can work to monthly objectives.

Working alongside your colleagues, you will take responsibility for the data accuracy of waste bookings, ensuring environmental compliance and problem-solving, to ensure client and internal KPI’s and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipt of proof of deliveries/Waste transfer notes/Consignment Notes
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers to cross-reference loads completed.
  • Completing Duty of Care audits on Waste Transfer Notes and Consignment Notes to ensure environmental compliance.
  • Compliance reconcile the waste transfer document on our bespoke system.
  • Investigate queries resulting from auditing the waste documents and liaise/escalate where necessary and seek resolutions.
  • Liaising both internally and externally to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensuring that the documentation received from suppliers conforms to industry standards and are delivered within SLA’s.

Additional Information: Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. You will work full-time in the Doncaster office, so will need to live within a reasonable distance to travel to DN9 3GA. Please note: This is an office-based role with some hybrid working available after probation.
