Role Description: This is a full-time Business Development Manager (Benelux) role located in Central London (Clerkenwell). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for achieving quarterly B2B sales targets with an established customer base – as well as maintaining and developing partnerships across various sectors. They will work on strategic sales and business development initiatives, negotiate deals and contribute to the growth and expansion of the company. Role also includes attendance and management of trade shows in Netherlands and Belgium.
Qualifications:
- Hungry and motivated by sales success.
- Verifiable track record in B2B sales up to and including C-Suite level.
- Language: English, Dutch and French (highly favoured).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B horeca, coffee/cafe, food service, or consumer product sectors.
- Links with sustainability sector also a plus.
- Ability to nurture, build and maintain strong B2B relationships.
- Strong lateral thinker and attention to detail.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Valid Passport and ability to travel to Europe on a regular basis.
