We’re looking for a hardworking Production Operative to join our dedicated team at our Darley Dale site. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Energy policies.
- Work safely in extreme conditions with full PPE (air-flow helmets, P3 masks, heavy overalls, etc.).
- Maintain high standards of performance, housekeeping, and HSE compliance.
- Participate in blood lead level monitoring.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
- Take on tasks as assigned by Team Leaders or Managers.
- Embrace training opportunities and learn quickly.
What We’re Looking For
- A team player who’s also self-motivated.
- Reliable and committed to high standards.
- Holds a full, clean driving license.
- Basic IT skills.
