About EcoBalance Academy

EcoBalance Academy is seeking Part-Time Mission EU Trainers to support delivery of our national Mission EU programme. This flexible role is ideal for experienced trainers seeking structured, meaningful work alongside existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Mission EU training sessions both online and in person.
  • Facilitate clear, engaging interactive learning experiences.
  • Apply structured content consistently across delivery formats.
  • Participate in induction and quality assurance processes with the EU Funds Advisor.
  • Work collaboratively across our national trainer team.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering training, workshops or adult learning.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident group facilitator.
  • Good organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to travel across the UK.
  • Full Right to Work in the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Experience working with EU programmes, EU policy topics or EU-related research.
  • Experience with Horizon Europe or other research/innovation initiatives.
  • Experience in policy analysis, qualitative or quantitative data work.
  • Training delivery to professional or public-sector audiences.
  • Experience using online learning tools or CPD-accredited environments.
