The predicted salary is between 21400 - 23800 £ per year.

Summerfield House, Kidderminster (Hybrid working, WFH 1 day per week) £25,400 - £28,000 plus benefits, depending on experience. Hours Monday-Friday 8am to 4.30pm.

Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs leading Solar PV Installation Company in the New Build Housing sector as an Operations Coordinator, based in our Kidderminster office.

About the role

The Operations Coordinator's role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company. Your mission is to join our Operations Department to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of solar PV installations across over 500 sites nationwide. This role is at the heart of our operational success, coordinating between internal teams, subcontractors, installers, and electricians, while proactively identifying and resolving issues that could delay or jeopardise project delivery.

You will be working with monitoring and responding to live field issues, work on kit and logistic coordination, work with NetSuite and FieldAware systems, adjust scheduling data, communicate with field operatives and staff, and be responsible for quality assurance and site monitoring. Don't worry if you have no experience of Solar, we will teach you everything you need to know.

Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients' needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.

About you

To be successful in this role you'll have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, be reliable, and have a great telephone manner. You will need to be good at processing information/data and have excellent attention to detail skills. You must have good computer skills and be familiar with using all Microsoft programmes and ERP/CRM systems. If you have the ability to show initiative and problem solve, this role will be ideal for you!
