Lead Solar PV Installation Engineer
Location: Summerfield House, Kidderminster, Worcestershire (with regular site travel)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

Based at our head office, Summerfield House, with regular travel to sites required, this role offers an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality solar PV installations, leading site teams and supporting the continued growth of our renewable energy projects.
About the role
As a Lead Solar PV Installation Engineer, you will take responsibility for leading a two-person installation team, ensuring Solar PV systems are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by Eco2Solar and our customers. You will oversee site activities, work closely with the wider operations team, ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and provide support and guidance to your team to help deliver successful projects.
About you
Bringing experience as a Lead Solar PV Installation Engineer, you will have the confidence and ability to lead a small installation team. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage your own workload, make decisions on site and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
A proactive and safety-focused approach is essential, along with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship and supporting those around you. You will have strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.
