Our people are at the heart of our success — We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to strengthen client relationships, drive strategic growth and support our sales initiatives within the renewable energy sector.
About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you will put clients at the centre of everything you do, adapting to their needs, uncovering their real priorities and ensuring consistent, high-quality service. You will build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, act as their main point of contact and ensure their needs are met.
You will develop strategic account plans, drive revenue growth and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Working with internal teams, you will deliver tailored solutions that strengthen partnerships and contribute to the growth of our business in the renewable energy sector. You will monitor account performance, address issues promptly and provide insights on industry trends to support retention and maximize account outcomes.

You are a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of your area, products and services. You are skilled at analysing data, identifying trends and using insights to inform decisions and drive improvements. With a proactive and strategic approach, you consistently meet targets, uncover new opportunities and ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial and business processes.
You are collaborative, share knowledge and apply your experience to benefit clients and the business. Focused on delivering measurable results, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to long-term success through a commitment to excellence.
Balanced Scorecard
- Communicating with all named accounts to gather data on all new sites commencing
- Regular meetings/ calls with Named Accounts to understand/ document the details for all new sites commencing
- Daily: 100% of the Named Accounts sites logged on Netsuite at POC stage
- Improve site performance for Named Accounts
- Analyse monthly jeopardy reports to understand performance and work with the construction team to reduce them
- Monthly: Jeopardy score of less than 5% per month for each Named Account
- Selling new products to existing customers by understanding developer’s requirements and the range of products/ services we’re able to offer as added value/ revenue
- Monthly: Achieve monthly upsell targets
- Converting Named Accounts to recurring business by demonstrating the benefits/ added value recurring accounts receive
- Monthly: Orders placed in a timely manner by establishing first roof dates and communicating the importance of early preparation from the developer
- Daily: Orders for Named Accounts placed no less than 2 months before first roof dates
