Eco2Solar are pleased to announce a new and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join the UKs leading Solar PV Installation Company in the New Build Housing sector as a Credit Controller, based in our Kidderminster office.
About The Role
The Credit Controllers role offers the right candidate the opportunity to build, develop and grow their career with a highly reputable and growing company. Your mission is to join our Credit Control Department to ensure that the team achieves our cash collection targets on a monthly basis and that our creditor/debtor days targets are met. Your role will be to ensure that all customers pay us on time and that all payments are allocated immediately. You will be working with finance systems to highlight any potential late payments and limit installations for customers, chase on-going retention payments and issue monthly reports. Don't worry if you have no experience of Solar, we will teach you everything you need to know. Having the ability to work both as part of a team and also take overall responsibility for your personal workload, whilst delivering excellent levels of service is essential. A desire to put our clients needs first and a thirst to develop your own skills is a key part of fitting into this established team.
About You
To be successful in this role you'll have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, be reliable and a team player and have a great telephone manner. You will need to be good at processing information/data and have excellent attention to detail skills. You must have good computer skills and be familiar with using all Microsoft programmes and ERP/CRM systems. If you have the ability to show initiative and problem solve, this role will be ideal for you! What We Offer
You'd be joining a highly reputable and growing company who have a real passion for sustainability, eco systems and delivering a first-class service to their customers. We're offering a competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 pa, depending on experience, along with 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays and a day for your birthday), contributory pension scheme, monthly wellness benefit, access to the holiday purchase scheme (you can buy and sell up to 5 extra days per year) and a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your life-style.
