Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide support and personal care to our young adults.
  • Maintain logs and records (on computer and written).
  • Work with other professionals as necessary.
  • Support our young people with emotional or behavioural needs and help develop social skills.
  • Ensure the home is clean and kept to a good standard during each shift.

Qualifications

  • Experience is advantageous although not essential as training will be provided.
  • A good understanding of young people with varying disabilities and challenging behaviours is essential for this role.
  • Candidates must have good English communication and IT skills, be flexible and have a positive attitude.

Pay and Hours

  • Rate of pay is subject to experience.
  • Working Hours: 21:45 - 09:30. Shifts are allocated on a rota basis.
  • Contract times will be discussed but will include weekends, full time position available.
