Responsibilities

  • Assisting with activities in our centres as well as trips out
  • Personal care
  • Assistance with eating and drinking, tube feeding
  • Administration of medication
  • Cooking, cleaning, shopping
  • Other activities as and when required

Training and career progression

Training will be provided with the option of completing Health & Social Care diplomas. Opportunities to advance within the company.

Qualifications

  • Must have good English communication skills
  • Experience of working with people with disabilities/learning difficulties and/or challenging behaviour advantageous but not essential

Details

  • Rate of pay is subject to experience - meets National Minimum Wage
  • Working Hours: 08:45 - 15:30 Monday - Friday
  • Location: Westcliff-on-Sea/Southend-on-Sea
