Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support and personal care to our young adults.
- Maintain logs and records (on computer and written).
- Work with other professionals as necessary.
- Support our young people with emotional or behavioural needs and help develop social skills.
- Ensure the home is clean and kept to a good standard during each shift.
Qualifications
- Experience is advantageous although not essential as training will be provided.
- A good understanding of young people with varying disabilities and challenging behaviours is essential for this role.
- Candidates must have good English communication and IT skills, be flexible and have a positive attitude.
Pay and Hours
- Rate of pay is subject to experience.
- Working Hours: 21:45 - 09:30. Shifts are allocated on a rota basis.
- Contract times will be discussed but will include weekends, full time position available.
