We have an opportunity available for a full time or part time Support Worker (Social Care) to join our team at our residential home, to assist with fun activities and outings while also providing care for 4 young adults including: personal care, bathing and showering, assistance with eating and drinking, administration of medication, cooking, cleaning, and other activities as and when required.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Provide support and personal care to our young adults.
- Maintain logs and records (on computer and written) and assist in the implementation of individual care programmes.
- Work with other professionals as necessary
- Supporting our young people with emotional or behavioural needs and helping to develop social skills.
- Ensuring the home is clean and kept to a good standard during each shift.
