Role Details
The Warehouse Operative role is vital to ensuring Creed Foodservice delivers excellent customer service. Responsibilities include picking customer orders for next-day delivery and loading delivery vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders in full and on time for next-day delivery.
- Ensure product quality and correct temperature.
- Identify and reject products below standard.
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues, managers, visitors, and drivers.
- Keep the warehouse tidy and obstacle-free.
- Follow procedures for equipment use, including Powered Pallet Trucks & Fork Lifts.
- Adhere to health and safety policies.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Contracted Hours: Sunday-Thursday 18:00 - 02:30; Monday-Friday 14:00-22:30.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and flexibility to work extra hours. Experience in a foodservice warehouse and quality control is desirable. Licences for powered equipment are advantageous but training will be provided.
