Overview
Eco Systems Group is a bespoke energy-saving and insulation provider for commercial and residential properties.
We work in partnership with private consumers, social housing organisations, local authorities and energy companies supporting the government’s carbon-neutral initiative via the Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS).
This grant scheme provides a financial contribution to qualifying customers and helps to increase the energy efficiency of their properties and reduces the cost of ever-rising energy bills.
Responsibilities
- Support customers through the grant award and installation processes by understanding their needs, qualifying suitability for grants, booking surveyor and assessor visits, and managing the full lifecycle through to install completion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion and accurate information flow.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Not a sales role, but target-driven and customer-service oriented.
- Ability to adopt a sales-through-customer-service approach.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Excellent IT literacy (bespoke systems training will be provided).
- Excellent telephone manner; experience in a telephone-based role is preferred (ideally B2C).
