Be part of a company that genuinely appreciates its team and offers a collaborative, forward-looking environment where your contributions will be celebrated. £25,000 pa & £100 per month car allowance The day to day To manage the day to day needs to our property portfolio, involving arranging and conducting property inspections and visits. To communicate between landlords, tenants, and contractors arranging maintenance works where necessary. Assist with ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation, updating our systems and records. There is the requirement to help arrange viewings on marketed properties and to then conduct the viewings where necessary. While this is a letting focussed role, there will be times where youll be asked to assist the sales team (mainly on Saturdays) with phone calls, enquires and viewings. Days/Times of Work 8:45am 6pm Monday to Friday 9am -3pm Saturday To work a rota of 3 x Saturdays then 1 x Saturday off. If working on Saturday, Thursdays will be given off. Can be subject to change depending on business needs, however flexible.
