We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer with Solar Panel Installation Experience to join our team based in the North West. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roofing, with specific experience in the installation of solar panels. This role involves assessing roof structures, installing mounting systems, and ensuring the proper and safe installation of solar panels.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess roof structure and condition to ensure suitability for solar panel installation
  • Install mounting systems and solar panels on various types of roofs
  • Ensure all roofing work is watertight and meets industry standards
  • Collaborate with electricians and other team members to ensure efficient and safe solar panel installation
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions
  • Maintain and care for tools and equipment used in the installation process

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a roofer with specific experience in solar panel installation
  • Knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
  • Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to roofing and solar panel installation
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant certifications or licenses in roofing and solar panel installation preferred
  • Full UK license as Company Van will be provided
  • Based in the North West of England as you will be teamed up with an electrician and working directly for Eco Providers. Uniform and credentials will be provided
  • Happy to travel as this is a Nationwide position
