Site Plumbers (Commercial Work) – (Non-Gas) Locations: East Midlands / West Midlands Our multi building services client is seeking to recruit a number of qualified site plumbers to meet the demand for new site contracts based in the East and West Midlands. The company specialise in the fit-out of new build care sector establishments, providing all mechanical plumbing services into commercial premises throughout the UK. We are keen to talk to applicants with the required skills. Site Plumbers (Commercial) New build health sector developments, activities will include the installation of sanitary ware, radiators and associated fixtures and fittings (1st and 2nd fix). Applicants are required to hold a vocational qualification to a minimum of NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) in plumbing and hold a current driving license. Ideally, a minimum of two years site experience will be required, whilst the holding of a blue CSCS card is a necessity. It is essential that applicants have a flexible approach to the location of work. Site locations dictate that successful applicants may be required to work away from home for up to three nights (accommodation and allowances are provided). Company transportation is provided together with any specialist site training that may be required. The company operate a weekly performance based efficiency system which allows for reduced working subject to output (task and finish).
