- Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and production processes

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and engineering principles
- Familiarity with CAD software, PLC systems, or automation is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, food manufacturing, electronics, or construction industries
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
