This is a full-time role for a Mechanical Supervisor. Office based in Ashford, the role involves both on-site work and remote tasks. The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee mechanical system installations and maintenance, coordinate and manage preventive maintenance schedules, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that all compliance and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will work closely with other team members to ensure project timelines and objectives are achieved effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management practices
- Proficiency in Inspection and Maintenance of mechanical systems
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
