Corporate Energy Closer to join our growing business.

This role offers the opportunity to step into an established operation with

8 high-performing lead generators already producing opportunities , with plans to expand the team to

16 lead generators . We are looking for someone who can work closely with the team daily, maximise conversions, and help develop the next wave of top performers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close B2B energy contracts and maximise revenue from qualified opportunities.
  • Price and present flexible energy solutions to prospective clients.
  • Work alongside and support a team of 8 established lead generators.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and grow their client portfolios.
  • Help drive the expansion of the lead generation team from 8 to 16 people.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Proven experience closing B2B energy contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of flexible energy pricing and procurement.
  • Ability to lead by example and support a high-performing sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
