Our services include replacing boilers, installing loft and wall insulation, and upgrading radiators. With several exciting new projects on the horizon, we are looking to recruit an experienced Door Canvasser to help us spread the word and generate leads for these essential services. As a Door Canvasser, your main tasks will include: • Generating new leads through door-to-door canvassing in designated areas. • Engaging with potential customers and providing a detailed explanation of the benefits of our energy-saving solutions, helping them understand how our services can improve their homes and reduce their energy costs. • Working within specific targeted areas to maximise your reach and results. • Completing qualifying paperwork with interested customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is gathered and processed. The ideal candidate will be someone who is: • Experienced in door-to-door sales, with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role. • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a genuine passion for sales and earnings commission. • Outgoing, positive, and a strong communicator, able to confidently approach potential customers and clearly articulate the benefits of our services. • A full driving licence holder, with access to a car (essential for this role, as you’ll need to travel to different locations within your assigned area). What We Offer: We understand the value of hard work and dedication, and we offer an attractive package that rewards your efforts: • Hourly rate: £12.00 per hour. • Commission structure: o 1-4 leads (installed): £50 per lead. o 4-9 leads (installed): £150 per lead. (Including the first 4 leads.) o 10+ leads (installed): £300 per lead. Including the first 9 leads.) o Full support: You will receive ongoing training, resources, and a supportive team to help you succeed. o Performance bonuses: We reward high performers with generous bonuses based on your results. o 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Friday (with some weekend availability as required). o Opportunity for growth: There is scope to increase your commission rates based on your performance and results.
