Location: Wakefield/Sheffield (Hybrid/Remote)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales opportunities from enquiry through to completion, helping customers understand the benefits of solar energy and identify the right solution for their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with residential and/or commercial customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
  • Deliver consultations, proposals and quotations.
  • Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline.
  • Follow up enquiries and guide customers through the decision‑making process.
  • Work to agreed sales objectives and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Keep up to date with renewable energy products and market developments.

Ideal Experience

  • Experience in sales, account management or business development.
  • Background in solar, renewable energy, utilities, construction, home improvement, property or similar sectors advantageous.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Confident presenting solutions and handling customer conversations.
  • Self‑motivated and organised approach to managing opportunities.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
