The Role

As a Domestic Heating Sales Account Manager, you’ll manage customer enquiries and sales opportunities relating to domestic boiler installations, guiding customers through the process from initial enquiry through to installation.

You’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming and outbound sales opportunities for domestic boiler installations
  • Speak with homeowners to understand heating requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Prepare quotations and guide customers through the sales process
  • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Follow up leads and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Work towards agreed sales and performance objectives
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation journey for customers
  • Maintain knowledge of heating products, regulations, and industry developments

Ideal Experience

  • Experience in sales, account management, customer engagement, or business development

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing opportunities
